As Sales Director at ROVA Systems, Jerzy Kuźmiński leads the commercial growth of a technical O&M provider for battery energy storage and PV assets across European markets, shaping its services around the factors that determine long-term asset value. His experience across development, regulation, construction, operation and end-of-life allows him to identify risks early and connect today’s design and contracting choices with their consequences over the asset’s entire lifetime. As Owner’s Engineer and investor’s representative on site, he supports investors at every stage, from contract review and construction oversight to FAT/SAT testing and energisation. He previously developed the energy storage segment at Goldbeck Solar and served on the Management Board of Respect Energy SolarWind. He hosts the “Best in BESS” podcast and writes on the Polish energy storage market.
