Maria is a Partner and Head of North America at Alexa Capital. Since joining Alexa, Maria has led several transactions in both Europe and North America including growth equity raises and M&A within the energy technology and software space. She brings over fifteen years of investment banking experience in public and private capital markets, project finance, M&A and corporate finance advisory transactions, across the energy and infrastructure sectors. Prior to Alexa Capital, Maria developed her diverse transaction expertise and deep market relationships through her key roles at Credit Suisse, MUFG Securities and The Royal Bank of Scotland plc.
Maria is a CFA charterholder and holds a BBA from the University of Texas in Austin.
