Annika Chapon Tamm is Head of Business Development (Utility Scale Projects) at Enefit, one of the largest renewable energy companies in the Baltics, where she leads market strategy, partnership development, and growth opportunities across wind, storage, and emerging technologies in the Baltic markets and Poland.
A renewable energy executive with 15 years of experience, Annika has driven business development and project delivery across a wide range of international markets — including the UK, across Europe, Japan, Argentina. Her expertise spans the full development lifecycle, from greenfield site identification through to operational assets, across offshore wind, utility-scale solaar, onshore wind, battery storage, and hybrid technologies.
Prior to Enefit, she spent seven years at TotalEnergies in Paris, rising to Senior Business Development Manager and Head of Region for Offshore Wind, where she led market entry strategies and oversaw a greenfield development pipeline of up to 5GW across multiple geographies.
