Olga Sypuła – Vice President and Regional Director for Central Europe at European Energy and is widely recognized as one of the most active and respected leaders in Poland’s renewable energy sector.

She has led European Energy’s operations in Poland since January 2021 and, since September 2025, has served as Vice President and Regional Director for Central Europe. An engineer, project manager, and urban planner, she has been continuously involved in the energy sector since 2007, successfully delivering numerous projects and initiatives that have helped shape the development of renewable energy in Poland.

Her commitment and expertise have earned her regular invitations to participate in the industry’s most influential advisory and expert bodies. She is the founder and organizer of the renowned Polish-Danish Energy Roundtable, one of the leading platforms for dialogue on energy transition issues in Central Europe.

Olga is also actively engaged in the work of the Lewiatan Confederation, where she contributes her expertise to the Renewable Energy Council and various working groups. She frequently shares her knowledge and experience as a speaker at industry conferences and panel discussions.

In May 2025, she founded the Power2Future Foundation and has served as President of its Management Board since June of the same year. The foundation was established on the belief that one of Poland’s most important challenges in the coming decades will be securing long-term energy sovereignty based on clean energy, the electrification of the economy, and the development of modern technologies. Power2Future also highlights the growing role of energy in enabling artificial intelligence and the digital economy.

In addition, Olga serves as a Supervisory Board Member of P&Q, a company specializing in the construction of renewable energy installations.
