Andrius is a practising energy lawyer active in the sector since 2005. His main expertise comes from electricity, renewables, gas, and nuclear energy industries. Besides being active in the Baltics, he participated in numerous international technical assistance projects helping to reshape energy markets by transposing EU law in Ukraine, Georgia, Moldova, Albania, Bosnia and Herzegovina, and other countries. Amongst others, he (co)authored over 250 legal acts regulating energy relations in 17 European jurisdictions. Andrius represents the largest pan-Baltic law firm Sorainen and is an invited lecture of the Kyiv School of Energy Policy.
