Bartosz Ziółek is Head of Digital Solutions in Corporate and Investment Banking at Erste Bank Polska, where he also leads AI implementation across the CIB division. He focuses on financing digital and technology infrastructure across Poland and the CEE region, with hands-on experience structuring transactions in the data centre sector, including capex financing for cloud and compute infrastructure. As demand for AI and cloud services accelerates the build-out of digital infrastructure across the region, his work sits at the intersection of financing structures, AI adoption, and the commercial realities of scaling data centre capacity.
With over 20 years of international business experience, he has advised Local and National Government institutions on CEE-Chinese relations, expanded startups into new markets — particularly China — and implemented technology and business development strategies across sectors
