Filip Piasecki is an independent commercial and strategic advisor supporting energy market investments in Poland and the wider CEE region. His work spans revenue stack design, including merchant, CfD, capacity market and PPA structures; asset optimisation, hybridisation and offtake review; and commercial transaction advisory. He previously spent eight years at Aurora Energy Research, latterly as Market Lead for Central Eastern Europe, responsible for the regional analytics and advisory business and delivering 60+ transaction-support projects, including capacity market bidding strategy for a 1.4GW Polish BESS portfolio.
