Tomáš Lev is the Sales Director at GAZ Energy, where he leads market expansion and commercial execution to scale GAZ Energy’s Li-Ion BESS solutions across Europe.
A strategic leader with over 14 years of experience driving growth across the energy and infrastructure sectors, Tomáš bridges strategy, operations, and engineering to deliver high-impact results. Previously, as Hydrogen Transformation Strategy Lead at NET4GAS, he spearheaded the investment and regulatory frameworks that positioned the company at the forefront of the CEE hydrogen strategy.
His extensive background in energy strategy is built on senior consulting roles, notably as a Principal at The Boston Consulting Group. In these positions, he advised executives on operational efficiency and led large-scale transformations across Europe and Asia.
Tomáš holds an MBA from INSEAD and dual degrees (MSc in Power Engineering, BSc in Computer Science) from the Czech Technical University in Prague.
