Agnieszka Kulińska has focused on renewable energy projects across Poland and the CEE region since 2006, with particular expertise in energy storage, wind and solar. She supports multinational clients on M&A transactions and joint ventures in the energy sector, as well as on development agreements and construction contracts, including EPC projects. Agnieszka also provides guidance on regulatory matters, including grid connections, energy trading and corporate PPAs. She supports clients throughout the full lifecycle of renewable energy and storage projects, from development and contracting to regulatory compliance and commercial operations.
