Grzegorz Onichimowski graduated from the Faculty of Technical Physics and Applied Mathematics (FTiMS) at Warsaw University of Technology and postgraduate studies of company management at Warsaw School of Economics.
Entrepreneur and manager with over 30 years of experience in the energy and IT sectors. Co-founder and long-time (2002-2012) CEO of the Polish Power Exchange. Consultant in many energy sector companies in Poland, Europe and the USA. In 2015-2019, he created the energy market of the Persian Gulf countries as Director of a project financed by 6 GCC countries in the regional transmission system operator – GCCIA. He worked, among others, for the National Fund for Environmental Protection and Water Management, Columbus, NODES – the European flexibility platform. Expert of the Civic Institute and co-creator of the energy program of the election committee Koalicja Obywatelska. Lecturer at Collegium Civitas and other universities.
