Jaroslaw Smialek is an international manager with 25 years of experience in the energy and infrastructure sector. He holds an MBA from Handelshochschule Leipzig and degrees in German, Slavic, and European Studies. Throughout his career, he has led international business development, M&A activities, and the implementation of innovative renewable energy projects—including solar, wind, and energy storage—across Europe and beyond. Since 2023, he has been Senior Director Project Development at BELECTRIC GmbH, part of the Elevion Group, where he is responsible for driving high-quality project development in line with the Group’s strategic goals.
