Mathilde Ketoff is a Partner and Head of Debt at RGREEN INVEST, with 19 years’ experience in structured finance and energy infrastructure, including at BNP Paribas CIB.
She has scaled and now leads RGREEN’s debt platform, establishing it as a key pillar of the firm’s investment strategy. The platform has completed over 130 transactions, including more than 60 under her leadership.
She focuses on delivering flexible and disciplined capital solutions across the energy transition space, with a particular emphasis on high yield structured debt in complex, merchant-driven environments.
At the Energy Storage Summit CEE, she will speak on the panel “Revenue Certainty in Merchant Markets: Beyond Capacity Market Dependency” and also moderate “Unlocking Bankability & Offtake Solutions.”
