Holding both a Master’s in International Relations from Sciences Po Paris and one in International Risk Management from HEC, Mathilde joined RGREEN INVEST in 2019 after spending 16 years working in investment banking (including within BNP Paribas). Specialized in structured finance, infrastructure and sustainability, she initially advised and financed sponsors, developers and governmental entities for the implementation of renewable energy projects in the EMEA zone. She then provided upstream support to Oil & Gas companies (small- and mid-caps) answering to their financial needs and business development goals (acquisition, development, projects, junior debts…).
Since joining RGREEN INVEST, she has led the firm’s dedicated debt strategy and has overseen the execution of more than 30 transactions, supporting developers in their renewable energy, green mobility and storage projects. Mathilde Ketoff oversees all the investment in debt infra.
