Michał Swół is Chief Investment Officer at R.Power, with over 20 years of experience in energy and finance, including CFO, CIO and other senior management roles with focus on renewables and BESS as well as power and natural gas sales, trading and distribution.
At R.Power since 2020, he manages the Structured Finance, Commercialization and Investment Analytics functions.
Before R.Power, Michał was a partner at Movens Capital, a VC/PE fund. From 2009 to 2018, he served as CFO and Deputy CEO of Duon and, subsequently, Fortum Markets Polska following Duon’s acquisition by Fortum. Earlier in his career, he worked at Orange, KPMG and Nafta Polska, where he focused on M&A, financial advisory and strategy projects.
