  • Zofia Szewczuk is Head of Poland for Eiffel Investment Group. She joined Eiffel in 2025 and focuses on whole spectrum of transaction-related activities from origination, execution to asset management and exits.
  • Zofia has over 17 years of experience in direct investments across sectors and instruments including private equity, private debt and infrastructure.
  • Before joining Eiffel, Zofia spent nine years at the Polish Development Fund PFR as Head of the Investment Department which was the direct investment arm responsible for deploying ca. €2.5 bn of funds.
  • Her previous experiences include Mid Europa and 3i Plc, where she participated in numerous transactions in sectors such as industry, new technologies, services, manufacturing, healthcare, and tourism.
  • Zofia graduated from ESCP (2008) and the Poznań University of Economics (2008). She holds a Master’s degree in Corporate Finance and Accounting and a Master’s degree in International Management.
